By using this website you agree to the terms below. These terms apply to the website itself and do not create a dispatch agreement.
Scope of Services
Josh Dispatching is an independent dispatch service. We search available freight, communicate with brokers, negotiate rates, and assist with dispatch paperwork on behalf of motor carriers. We are not a broker, a shipper, or a motor carrier.
Carrier Responsibility
The motor carrier maintains full control of its operating authority, equipment, drivers, insurance, and compliance obligations, and makes the final decision on every load.
Form Submissions
Submitting a form on this website does not create a dispatch agreement. Additional onboarding documents may be required before dispatching begins.
Fees
The carrier and Josh Dispatching will mutually agree on a dispatch fee between 5% and 7% before dispatch services begin. The agreed percentage will be documented during onboarding or in the dispatch service agreement. No setup fees. No hidden fees. No forced loads. No long-term contract.
No Guarantees
Josh Dispatching does not guarantee load availability, freight rates, revenue, or earnings.
